Comfort Suites Maingate East

When we arrived, as it was earlier than expected, our room was not ready. The staff at the front desk went our of their way to ensure that we got our room as quickly as possible. We were all very excited about the breakfast buffet as it was abundant with a good variety. The location was very suitable for us to get to Disney world (10 minutes down the road)and in a great area with number of restaurants, shopping facilities and access to whatever you need. Before selecting, I did read precious guest reviews and they all seemed favorable. I was very pleased with my accomodations and would stay whenever I'm in Orlando.

Loved the room with the small kitchen and sitting room additions. Internet access in the room with a laptop worked well, but lobby internet machines were archaic and didn't work well. Couldn't print airline boarding passes or anything else you needed to print. Pool area was great. ...read more

We really liked this hotel. We used it as a one night stay over before we could get into our official Disney hotel. I mentioned to my husband that perhaps we should have stayed there instead of the Disney hotel. The room was much bigger and much less expensive! Fine for the money. I will stay there again.

Very comfortable mattresses and lots of pillows! It was very clean and daily maid service was great. Good breakfast with variety daily. Pool was warm and good sized and hot tub was hot. The location seems a bit seedy and Hwy 192 gets very loud and crowded on Fri and Sat nights. When we checked in, the trash cans were overflowing and created a negative first impression. ...read more

Great hotel, clean, convenient location! The room had lots of space. Our room had two comfortable beds and a sitting area (small couch, coffee table, etc.) The only complaint I have is the a/c didn't seem to cool the room off enough. Breakfast was included and had many choices, including hot foods. The pool/hot tub area was open 24hrs which was great since sometimes we got back to the hotel late. Overall, very pleased!
